It’s working!
So far, so good. I hope it lasts until I can get a 2TB or larger drive. I’m not a pro, but I take an insane amount of photos and videos and love sightseeing and capturing it all, and I’ve run out of storage on my laptop and numerous pen drives, so this will help me offload and backup a great deal of stuff, as well as keep my old photo archives around. It’s kind of slow going, but there’s many devices at play here. It’s about 30-40 mins to copy 25GB of photos/video to the drive.

Good backup storage. On the slow side though.
Used for additional PC storage. Synced well. Only issue it that its read / download speed is very slow.. Still worked for my needs but for someone looking for faster speeds this may be not what you want.
