Always trust a Dell
I have alwaysvpreferred Dell computers. This new laptop did not disappoint. I came with olenty of speed and storage.

Late. Damaged. Blue Screens. Early Warranty Expiration. Office License Issues. Otherwise good.
The computer arrived 3 days later than the original delivery date. The product description is a bit misleading. It says it has 1.5TB of storage but it really only has 1TB of internal storage and it came with a 500GB flash drive along with an adapter, both of which were smashed to bits by the laptop sliding around in the packaging and completely useless.. After 5 months of use the computer started blue screening and required BIOS manipulation everytime I turned it on in order to get Windows to start up. After seeking support from Dell I learned that my 1-year warranty was just 10 days away from expiring (7 months before it is supposed to expire) because the warranty period starts the day the reseller purchased the computer from Dell, not from the day I ordered it, or the day I received it. Apparently you have to jump through a bunch of hoops to get this date changed. I’m one week into this effort with daily hoops I’m asked to jump through, and now I received a $99 quote for a warranty extension instead of correcting the expiration date, so the struggle continues. Regarding the blue screen, I have spent about 8 hours over the past week working with Dell support and now after reinstalling MS Windows per their guidance, my license information for MS Office is gone and I can’t use any of the office programs I paid for with my purchase which included the perpetual license. Aside from all this, it’s a decent laptop. :-/

Hot CPU
The cpu gets hot and shuts down at least once a week. The software locks up randomly and then gives the blue screen of death. Avoid this company. Update, the hard drive eventually died on this hot running pc. Again, avoid the trash.
