Fits 2021 Chev Express 3500 box truck
Previous truck owner broke the fan control. It took me about an hour to install this new HVAC control module. It works perfectly. (Dorman 599-217, without heated mirror control)

Won’t last so don’t buy
Bought this for my van in November and it burned up in February. For such and expensive part and made by Dorman you fire it would last but it didn’t. Plus the levers are weak so when you turn the knob the shafts twist which you can feel. Almost feels like they will snap offAfter further inspection the fan regulating speed knob broke off the entire back of the climate control. The little tabs that hold it in place onto the housing literally snapped off and there’s no way to fix this. Again either they should refund or replace this because this is absolutely defective!Buy the AC Delco for a bit more because at least it will last longer than a few months

No heated mirror button or hole
Finally went to change part and no mirror defrost button switch or hole for mine. I put in 2020 gmc 2500 cargo van and Amazon Checker said MATCH and WILL FIT? Would love to return in original box if possible.

I installed this hoping it would take care of my temperature canton issues. My temp control goes from cold to hot when barely turning the knob. Ends up that this was not my issue as there is something else not working. This control works the same as my old one but I liked the look with the other knobs that came with the unit. Was a direct replacement for my van.
