useless
it’s really useless unless you can hardwire the electric aspect. Also it records the video for TWO hours, so if someone robbed you at midnight, the footage is gone by morning. All Google nest cams are totally useless. Stick with other companies.

There’s one thing I don’t like about this device
I would give it five stars but there’s one thing that I just do not like about this camera / floodlight. The clarity of the camera is fantastic but I don’t like that the lights turns off completely when there’s no motion. Like a common security light, I like when they go into dim mode when there isn’t any movement. This device does not have that option. It’s either super bright when it notices movement or it’s completely off when there isn’t any movement. When you access the camera through the app, it automatically turns on the light at night. I kind of like that feature. The only reason I would like to see this device go into dim mode when there isn’t any motion is because I just feel safer with lights on outside my house at night. At night I like to be able to look out the window and at least see my yard without it being lit up like a compound. I think that if the light is even in dim mode it will prevent unwanted guests coming close to the house. This is just my preference

Great picture quality but there’s no customer service available it’s extremely hard to get help when needed
