Best quality on the market for the price
Great laptop for home use. Super fast while watching videos and internet streaming. Keyboard is great, but wished it lit up the keys (maybe I haven’t found the setting). Storage is exceptional and the screen is one of the brightest I’ve seen, clear.

I have no complaints with this laptop so far. It is working well for my needs. Even the little docking station provided is adequate. I didn’t pay a ton for the laptop, so it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles I would like (but don’t really need). It is getting the job done so far.

Didn’t last a month – I hope that’s a fluke
Right now…not happy. Worked fine…for a few weeks. Recieved on 11/18, been dead since Monday 12/8. No event, just wouldn’t power on for Monday fun. It decided to not power on and only flash the CAPS LOCK button. No removable battery. No specific support references for THIS model. Good luck finding that as anything other than a “possible hardware issue”. Good luck getting support from HP on their website; it’s like they hide the button to open a ticket, while telling you there is still ~6 months of warranty on your device. I’ve worked in IT for over 35 years. I have opened and fixed hundreds of laptops; this one I am afraid of damaging and not getting a refund if that’s the path. It’s doesn’t have to be this hard. I can’t day this is on the seller; unfortunately, this seems to be an HP “budgetary device” thing. Don’t sell devices that won’t sustain for the first month, then don’t hide the warranty information so the user can’t declare a warranty fix. Not happy right now…only because of the support inconvenience. Technology things happen. It shouldn’t be a “where’s Waldo?” to find support options.
