The InHand Networks CPE02-NANR delivers lightning-fast Internet over 5G mobile (5G NSA DL Max:3.4Gbps), combined with the latest Wi-Fi 6 technology (Wi-Fi 6 Maximum Rate 5400 Mbps). Whether for home office, small businesses or temporary networks—enjoy stable connections without complex installation. Simply insert a nano-SIM and surf.
Can’t connect to the 4G/5G network?
1. Physical environment: First check that the SIM card is seated in the correct slot and make sure all cellular antennas are properly installed.
2. APN settings: Confirm that the APN configuration matches the details provided by your network operator.
3. Check device connectivity: Log in to the device’s local web interface and use the built-in ICMP tool to send a ping to 8.8.8.8 to test connectivity. If the ping succeeds, next verify the connection between your end device (e.g. computer or smartphone) and the router.
4. Test the SIM card: Remove the SIM, insert it into a mobile phone, and verify that an Internet connection is possible.
5. Restart: Power the router off, wait a few seconds, then reconnect power to retry the network connection.
6. Factory reset: Perform a factory reset on the router and attempt to connect again.

Business-Grade 5G Router at Home — Overkill in the Best Way
I’m using the InHand CPE02 as my primary router in my home that also has a dedicated home office, and it’s very clear this device was designed for much more demanding environments than a typical consumer setup. That’s actually what makes it appealing. Instead of flashy consumer features, this router focuses on stability, control, and redundancy, which are things I value more than aesthetics or simplified apps.Even without a 5G SIM installed, the overall network performance over Wi-Fi 6 has been excellent. Coverage is strong, latency is low, and it has no trouble handling multiple IoT devices, work traffic, and streaming at the same time. Where this router really stands out is in the enterprise-style networking features that are rarely found in home gear. Dual WAN support, load balancing, and automatic failover mean I can design a setup that stays online even if my primary internet connection goes down. That’s a big deal when you work from home in a power outage prone area, and depend on uptime.The security side is also clearly aimed at business use. Built-in VPN support, firewall controls, and traffic filtering give much more visibility and control than a standard home router. It feels more like managing a small office network than a consumer Wi-Fi appliance. Cloud management is there if you want centralized monitoring and remote administration, though it’s optional and not forced, which I appreciate.That said, this is not a plug-and-forget router for someone who just wants the simplest possible setup. The interface and feature set assume some networking knowledge, and many of the advanced capabilities will be unnecessary for casual users. Physically, it’s also very utilitarian looking, which fits its purpose but won’t win design awards. It does, however, come with a handy, straight-forward visual setup instructions pamphlet.In the end, this is a powerful option if you want enterprise reliability and control in a home or home-office environment. It feels like infrastructure rather than a gadget, and that’s exactly what a tech-geek like myself I was looking for.

Great little go bot machine!!
Easy to set up. We’re using it as a base router for in home smart devices and streaming services. So far so good! It’s kept our smart devices going without potential interruptions from work bandwidth and streaming services. The increased responsiveness has been a great bonus. Setup is straightforward but to take advantage of all the bells and whistles, it requires a much more involved installation of connecting sub components and making configuration changes. For such a small footprint, this is a mighty machine with a tiny stature!
