Plug the USB cable from the Speak 510+ into your computer’s USB port. Then, go to your computer’s audio settings and select the speakerphone as the playback and recording device.
How can I pair my Speak 510+ to my computer using the Bluetooth adapter?
Hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds until the LED flashes blue. Plug the adapter into a USB port on your computer. Connection is complete when the LED turns solid blue.
How can I connect the Speak 510+ to a mobile device?
Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds. Go to your device’s Bluetooth menu, select Speak 510+, and enter 0000 if prompted for a PIN.
How can I toggle between two active Bluetooth connections on the Speak 510+?
Hold the Bluetooth button, then tap Volume up/down to cycle through devices. Release when your preferred device is announced.

One of the things I like to do when ordering electronic devices is to see how well the battery is charged upon arrival. To my surprise, the battery in this unit was pretty much fully depleted upon arrival. The unit wouldn’t turn on at all until I fully charged it. This isn’t a show stopper from a product perspective and isn’t a promised deliverable. However, it is rare and worthy of pointing out in case a person needs quickly upon the units arrival. The unit isn’t very heavy and arrived safely in it’s packaging. Once charged, the unit did turn on and did work as advertised. There’s no large quantity of frills or anything particularly special about this unit. It does work and the sound is adequate for both sending and receiving. My pluses and minuses below.Pluses1) Arrived safely and without damage (packaged adequately for shipping it appears – it’s in a box, in a box)2) After fully charging, the unit did turn on and work adequately3) Sound is good for both sending (I’m told by receiver on the other end) and receiving and playing at the device4) Has decent button functions5) Does include a carrying case (very thin)6) Does include a USB C to std. USB adapter cableMinuses1) Arrived with a dead battery (worthy of note and not affecting my rating)2) Quick Start Guide for English is only a picture of the buttons with little explanation of functions or how to operate. Single tap, long tap, etc… (see picture of two very small pages with instructions)3) Value and quality of build for the money is lacking – IMO

Excellent Portable Speaker Phone!
I work from home 3 days a week and go to the office twice a week. I’m constantly using my cell phone, Ring Central, Teams, Zoom and this Jabra speaker phone works with them all. It’s very easy to use and keeps a charge to get you through the longest days. When I’m not on calls, I’ll use it to stream music from my phone while working.Bluetooth pairing is simple and works every time. Switching it between my home & office PC, and my laptop all happens seamlessly. Just plug in (or connect) and go. Couldn’t be easier.It’s lightweight, and very easily packable in your backpack, briefcase, or purse. The neoprene case is well made and protects it during travels.I’ve used it for smaller conference calls with several people in the same room. No issues at all. Sound is loud enough for everyone to hear, and the opposite end of the call has never complained about the incoming audio. Sound quality is excellent. Voices & music are crisp and clear.It’s a little pricey for the cost, but you are certainly getting a top tier quality speaker phone. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a good portable speakerphone solution. Jabra knocked it out of the park with this one!

Wouldn’t Connect to Bluetooth 🫤
Unfortunately, I could never get it to connect to Bluetooth, which was really frustrating. I was excited to use it for calls, but despite trying several times, it just wouldn’t pair. The speaker itself looks solid and it might work fine with the USB, but for Bluetooth use, it didn’t work for me. Disappointed overall.

I tried lots of other speakerphones. This one works best. Especially if you use Teams a lot. Easy to use with great call quality. Works with Bluetooth or USB connection. Its pretty much the standard all other speakerphones try for.

This is a Jabra 510+ speakerphone packaged with a Link 370 adapter. It does work and the link was already paired with the speaker for a very easy setup. I believe that all that ITSPWR has done to contribute to the product is open the Jabra box and insert a 4″ USB-A/USB-C adapter because some devices these days don’t have USB-A ports anymore, and the Jabra speaker has a USB-A cord built in to it.Im pretty sure this product launched over 5 years ago and the most recent firmware update it received was in 2022. So this is not a super recent release. I do like that the unit is battery powered so you can use it in the middle of a room during a conference call and not worry about wires. I also liked the battery indicator which is a ring of lights around the unit.Here are my issues with this unit. My friend had one of these Jabra speakers, and after many Microsoft Teams video calls together, we noticed that I kept cutting his voice off. Unfortunately this unit has the same behavior as my friends speaker.The noise/echo cancellation of this product is sometimes so aggressive, you will find your own microphone getting cut off while you are trying to speak while other peoples voices are playing through the speaker. The net result of this quirk is that anyone who has a more sophisticated audio setup than you will verbally run you over in meetings. This device will literally make you appear less assertive. Everyone can just talk over you, and this speaker will cut off your microphone while you are trying to talk. I could not find an easy setting to modify this behavior.The workaround for this problem is to put on headphones so that the Jabra can’t hear the other people in the call, or use a different audio device like monitor speakers. Then the Jabra microphone works fine.Because the Jabra unit doesn’t know how to handle playing other people’s voices while listening to your own voice, I just can’t fathom paying $200 for this. This device is supposed to enable people to talk to each other comfortably without wearing a headset but this unit fails in a really important way. I don’t care about all the other features like battery power or multiple USB cables because the unit cuts me off while I’m talking. So if it fails it’s most basic function I don’t like it at all.I would much rather get a cheaper speaker that fails in this aspect. If I’m paying $200 for a speaker, then I expect it to have a phenomenal noise canceling, echo canceling microphone and for me to be able to talk while others are talking. Not the case with this unit.
