This is not as advertised.
Not as advertised. I had no idea quality could be this bad in a $400 devise. I would have been better off with a $200 Chrome Book. No UHD screen graphics. Camera is a joke. You can’t see anything. No sound quality. Poor poor poor quality product. Terrible. Microsoft office product keys didn’t work! That was a non nonexistent download. The whole thing was a joke. I returned it… still waiting for my money….

You get what you pay for.
I’ve had this laptop for about two months and it gives me sooooooooo much anxiety and trouble. I’m not happy with this purchase. I plan to buy a better laptop in the future. I purchased this as a Christmas gift to myself for school. The quality is poor. Slow start up. It stores a lot of info, it just takes a while to get to the next task. You get what you pay for. It’s not touchscreen which I really wanted, but I bought it anyway, hoping it was going to satisfy my productivity. Sort of sad I purchased it. Nothing wrong with Lenovo. This is just a very low quality laptop. I expected more/better.

Responsive Seller, Horrible Laptop
I want to be clear of one thing. The seller of this laptop has been very supportive. They have been responsive and professional, hence the two stars. However, i had a very not great experience with the laptop. The setup would not allow me to progress past the welcome pin step. It gave me the thinking wheel and would not progress past that point. When I attempted to switch it to safe mode for setup, it wouldn’t let me do the setup at all and would not work (so I had to switch it out of safe mode to restart the setup, which I ran into the same pin issue). The asurion insurance people were polite, professional, and seemed genuinely committed to helping me. However, they stated that they only cover “hardware” issues and not “software” issues. For that reason, they had to refer me to Lenovo for help. The worst part, by far, was dealing with the Lenovo company. They just don’t care about their product or their customers. They guy who picked up the phone, after keeping me in hold for 25 minutes, sounded like he was at grandma’s house for Thanksgiving. He told me that he’d only help me if I payed him 100 dollars.Whereas the seller of this product was professional and immediately helped me issue a return, I cannot in good faith recommend ANY Lenovo products for anyone.

Product did not work
Did not work properly –appeared to be a Microsoft issue. However, the Lenovo service was awful, although they did offer to transfer me to a software professional if I would pay $139. Um, no! The contacts with Microsoft were even worse. In fact, after multiple attempts, I was finally able to leave a written message to which I received an email response that “someone would contact me by email in 5-8 business days.” In addition, Amazon posted that this computer was a “Black Friday sale,” posted at $399 with an original cost of $899. The Lenovo rep confirmed that $399 is the typical selling price and value. Isn’t this kind of marketing illegal? I returned it, although I have yet to receive any refund. NOT HAPPY with all of this hassle.
