works well using Sims 4
I just got this laptop for Christmas. I am using it for Sims 4 to play, i heard its not a high-end game laptop. i did read that it would work fine for the Sims though. so far i was using it for 2 days and everything worked speedy and big screen with great graphics! you can add more storage if needed.the one thing I thought negative is the battery life when you play your games goes low fast. i kept mine plugged in. just make sure it’s on a flat surface. it does get hot fast if not. for the price i spent, i think it’s a pretty good product. I love its USA assembled and ready to go as soon as you open it. the setup was not hard at all. overall, for the price you pay it goes over and beyond.

Good quality, super fast and cute!
I LOVE this laptop. I use it for work and for my small online store. It is super fast, handles all the tabs I have open and multiple apps. I have a pc for gaming so haven’t used it for that but might when I travel. It’s not noisy at all and it doesn’t get too hot. It was super easy to set up and is great quality. Fits perfectly in my bag.

Low FPS Gaming / No Refund
Update on Refund: It’s been 30 days and the company states the laptop is still “In Information Entry Stage”. Steer clear from this company. At this point I’m of the opinion that this is a scam. They peddle subpar hardware, overpromise product performance, and have terrible customer service. After multiple failures from this vendor to uphold their end of the refund and issue me my money, I’ve contacted Amazon directly and got one through them. If you’re looking for a laptop for gaming, this will not suit your needs. If you’re looking for a laptop for schoolwork or office work, you can find better, cheaper, elsewhere. If I could issue less than a star, I would. This company has provided the worst experience I’ve had on Amazon to date.Averages 30 – 45 FPS on Fortnite on the lowest possible settings with 1080 resolution downscaled to 30%. I also tried 7 Days to Die, and averaged roughly 50 FPS. This is NOT a gaming PC. This runs extremely well for clerical work, and for office or school settings. If you’re planning on buying this PC to play games, you will be severely disappointed by the performance.

Not a gaming laptop (but still very good)
Let me start off by saying this is NOT a gaming computer. It has a ryzen 680m igpu which is insufficient for any high end game although you can add vram to slightly boost performance. However, the laptop itself was amazing quality and very good for school, work, and multitasking and it’s outstanding bang for your buck

High performance laptop
This is a great laptop an handle a lot of heavy codes, and runs smoothly even with a lot of tasks open at once. Easy to use, great battery life, the size is good enough to take it everywhere you go but not too small.

Very good laptop so far
17″ Rose gold with 1TB:Very good purchase so far. Nice rose gold color, bright screen, not very heavy. Turns on fast after setup. Good built in speakers. So far works fast, not glitchy. Gets hot underneath will need a cooling pad. Touchpad needs some getting used to. Still testing all features. Will update accordingly.

Not for gaming, but a good regular laptop
Boot up was much slower than I expected. Running even low demand games on the lowest quality delivered a terrible frame rate. It looks nice, and the battery life is decent. But the speaker is trash. This moved like a glorified tablet. It doesn’t feel like a Ryzen 7 at all.
