Excellent experience. I purchased this phone refurbished for my daughter as a Christmas present. The phone came in almost like new condition, with only minor cosmetic nicks that were not obvious unless looking for them. The screen was in excellent condition and came with a plastic screen protector already. The phone holds a charge well, everything works like new, and it came unlocked as described. The seller is also quick to respond to questions or concerns, as I was initially uncertain if the phone was unlocked and reached out to ask. Overall would recommend this seller, and would purchase from them again.

Renewed Samsung S23 gets high marks!
Great phone! This was our second try with a renewed S23 smartphone. First one from another seller was not locked. This one was unlocked and loaded my sim without any issue. Battery is pretty good. Camera is impressive. We ordered a phone in excellent condition and it was. Just a little wear along one edge. No scratches at all. Highly recommend!

The product came in quite damaged with scratches and stuff and can’t complain is a good price but came Locked with T-mobile but thankfully I have metro no issue but I wished it came in a better quality and unlocked like I chose but overall it functions and the features work and the battery life not sure how it is but works like new. (!!!! READ!!!! ) the phone was not locked since it says t mobile but is not locked so 4 stars!

This phone in no way was in excellent condition! Terrible screen!
This phone came with a few small scratches which I was not thrilled about but it was not a make or break for me. However, after using this phone for a month I noticed that the screen had more issues than just that. For one I had to clean the screen continously because it was more prone to smudges. Not to mention the screen had a really gritty and dry texture. I thought this would be easily fixed by using a screen protector. However, every screen protector I tried to put on it they would never completely attach correctly to the screen. It would either have bubbles that I couldn’t get out or they would have these large dark spots. This is after trying three different brands of screen protectors. The biggest concern I had about the screen was when one morning I woke up to my screen having a lot of condensation. I have a very cold room due to having POTS so I have had all of my phones in my room for years and not one of them had this kind of problem. I also noticed that this phone had a lot of scratches on the case and even a big dent on the side. The phone I use to have was a Samsung Galaxy S10E. It was such a better phone than this one and half the price. I noticed that my S10E had a far superior camera than this phone as well. The pictures were very blurry and had terrible lighting, not to mention the video had terrible stability. I ended up sending this phone back. It just didn’t feel worth the price. One of the good points of this phone was the set up and SD card insert. I had no problems with putting in my mint mobile card. I would not recommend this seller because it was not packed well and came with no charger or cord. I decided to buy a Samsung Galaxy S21 5G instead and couldn’t be happier.

The phone came in good condition, I really love the cream colour. The camera quality is great and the phone itself is functioning smoothly and doesn’t freeze. I bought it early July and so far so good.Samsung pass made the setup easy.It works with a mint sim card which I was happy about.My only qualm is that the battery doesn’t last as long as I wished it would. It lasts about 7-11 hours depending on how I use it.Although a plus is that the speed charger that comes with it works very well and charges it quickly!

Ya son varios los equipos “Renewed” que adquiero en esta plataforma, y no me he arrepentido de ello. Es una buena opción a elegir si eres de los que dejan en segundo plano el hecho de traer lo último en tecnología. Vengo de un Note 10, del cual extraño varias funciones del S Pen, pero nada que no se pueda dejar a un lado.La capacidad de 128GB puede ser una gran limitante si consideramos la ausencia de una bandeja de expansión por medio de microSD, especialmente cuando se trata de buena calidad de fotografías y videos que demandan mayor capacidad de almacenamiento. Esto te obliga a ser más ordenado y a depurar entre las cientos de fotos que puedas tomar, utilizar almacenamiento en la nube, entre otras opciones. Si tienes control en ello, puede ser más que suficiente.Afortunadamente, este equipo dispone aún de actualizaciones, lo cual es un punto que me forzó a abandonar mi anterior equipo, aun encontrándose en buen estado. Seguramente algo así ocurrirá con este.Cargarlo sin protección de un case puede ser tentador, ya que deja a la vista su diseño elegante. Sin embargo, puede resultar riesgoso ya que es bastante resbaladizo. Minimamente se recomienda algún protector de pantalla. En mi caso, adquirí un case de uso rudo con una especie de imán que me ha resultado bastante práctico para colocar el equipo en distintas áreas e incluso en la carrocería del auto para tomar fotos a distancia.Por último, al comprar este tipo de equipos puede que te den un cargador compatible, algo que te será de utilidad si tomamos en cuenta que la marca ya no lo incluye. Otro punto a considerar es revisar el estado en el que se encuentra, el cual se indica en la sección de ofertas. En mi caso, elegí uno que se encontraba en “excelentes condiciones”. Otro detalle en contra es que el “duende azul” aun no dispone de eSIM para el equipo y dado a que es extranjero la reparación, asi como el uso de esta tecnologia estara limitada en México, por otro lado, sin mayor complejidad.A casi un año de su adquisición.

El telefono viene en excelente estado.En tres semanas de uso no ha tenido fallas.Sigue recibiendo actualizaciones tanto de android como de one ui.Lector de huella y reconocimiento facial en buen estado.Si tu lector de huella no funciona, probablemente sea porque incluye una mica un poco gruesa y no detecta la huella, sin embargo sí funciona con una más delgada.Excelente procesador.Admite diferentes compañías móviles (probé telcel y at&t).Solo una ranura para sim fisica.

El telefono esta muy bien pero no esta desbloqueado, el visor dijo que no se podía solucionar y después de más de un mes de efectuada la dev o lucion no he recibido mi dinero. Si no quieren problemas busque otra opción.
