Troubleshooting network connection issues
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the camera and the Wi-fi router; the camera should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the ring button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

I’m really impressed with this smart doorbell. The camera quality is clear both during the day and at night, and the wide-angle view lets you see everything happening at your door. Easy to install, pointless to use
The only real positive I can say is that installation was super easy. Using the camera is fairly awful though. If you don’t hop on the app as soon as you get the notification that it’s been triggered, there’s no way to actually see what triggered your camera. The screenshot it captures shows up as a thumbnail the size of a postage stamp and you cannot zoom in. The only way to actually see anything is to buy the subscription. This is annoying since my Amazon search was literally “no subscription wireless camera”.Even if you do hop on immediately, the live video feed takes forever to load. My couch is on the other side of the wall this is installed on, I have full strength WiFi, and I still have to wait to see what’s going on.I can’t hardly hear when someone is talking because the audio has a constant, low crackle and picks up every gust of wind.Finally, I’ve had the camera up for two days, and I fully charged it when I got it. The battery is already down to 84% power.I guess I should have sprang for a more expensive model.

Wireless camera
My Doorbell camera is battery-powered. It is operated wirelessly (battery operated) which allowed me to setup and be up and running in less than 30 minutes.It came with a companion app, so I can control the features and functions via my smartphone, tablet, or even desktop computer. With my yearly subscription which is an option I can access livestream content and content for the past 30 days. The picture is of great quality and can also see clearly with the night vision capability. I like also that I can move it around to see different angles.
