My wife uses this for at-home customer service for a bank. She’s able to do all sorts of things and the noise canceling ability of this headset is astounding. She’s doing laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom and winning awards for how great her service and solutions are! She loves the range and battery life. The flip up muting is excellent!
