Saved my phone from the wrath of my trunk lid.
I had a Zagg screen protector on my phone already (lower model w/o blue light filter), and it paid for itself without question yesterday when I shut my phone in the trunk lid and the only thing that broke was the screen protector. The phone was fine after slamming a trunk lid down on it. It saved my $800 pixel 8 pro. After yesterday, I am a huge fan and recommend their screen protectors to anyone who likes their phone and does not want it to get broken as easily. It’s not going to save it from everything, but it will protect it from quite a few things like trunk lids.As for the installation, as with any Zagg product, you CANNOT even attempt to install these in a dusty environment. They’re quite finicky that way and even 1 bit of dust will ruin them. Installation is definitely a delicate and careful process. However, once done properly, it will be on pretty much for good.I don’t get the complaints about the color though, it looks fine on my screen and doesn’t mess with the colors much at all. All it does is eliminate the intense blue brightness that can cause eye strain. The screen, colors, etc still look great. I see no problem with the pictures I have of the aurora borealis, for example. I even have blue light filter on my glasses, and it STILL looks just fine, I would say great. I just don’t get the complaints. It even feels great, and incredibly smooth.The only issue I see is the extreme difficulty with getting a good installation (dust free environment, phone properly and thoroughly cleaned, and bubbles pressed out). Just don’t put it on upside down like I did 😉 selfie camera is still just fine so no biggie.After saving my phone, as long as the quality is consistent or better than I’ll be a customer for life.

No better than the cheap ones
Not worth the money…my phone gets knocked around from my kids so I always have bought cheap protectors … They did a better job than this. Just falling off my nightstand my zagg just cracked. The crack also kind of shattered down the crack so i can not even use my phone without getting a shard on my finger. Just buy the cheap ones.

ZAGG is the brand to buy
I started using ZAGG screen protectors after I first saw them at a mall kiosk over a decade ago. They have turned out to be the most reliable brand after trying at least a dozen others. I still would prefer the flexible vinyl covers, but with increased resolution of displays, glass is the only way to go.Installations on other devices have ultimately sacrificed themselves to protect the device, which is what they should do. For the Google Pixel 8, the protector outlived my use of the device. The device still works and looks brand new. I just chose to upgrade it to a different device.ZAGG warranty protection is also easy to take advantage of. When I have had bubbles or cracks appear, they have replaced screens free of charge.Definitely no complaints from me about ZAGG.

It’s a Zagg product, but the claim of not changing screen color is untrue
I always get invisible shield for my phones, so when I got a new phone I looked at what the options were, and I read on this one that the blue light filter doesn’t impact the colors on the screen, which seemed impressive enough to pay the extra $10 for .. unfortunately I opened the package and the screen protector was tinted. So now I was skeptical but proceeded… the protector fits perfectly, and using the guide made it super easy to align and install, however….As someone who does use night mode in the evenings, as soon as the screen protector went on and I went browsing, it was exactly like having night mode turned on. 90% of the time that is probably fine but there are times where I require true colors for something I’m working on or if I’m trying to match something.I’ve already submitted my return and will go to the more basic Zagg option but I’m pretty disappointed in the inaccuracy of the claim and I’ll add disappointed that we’ve gone from having 4-5 options that included things like matte finish and privacy screens to just two and one impacts the coloration of the screen.

Protected my phone’s glass, but only lasted a month! I’ve been happy with ZAGG in the past, but this is the quickest a crack has appeared on a screen protector for me. It could just be I coincidentally dropped it in the wrong way, but I did think they were supposed to go longer…
