Q1: What should I do if I cannot access the Repeater’s web management page?
A1: Make sure your computer is connected to the extended network.
A2: Make sure your computer is set to obtain an IP address automatically.
A3: If the Repeater has connected to the router, you should go to your router’s DHCP client list to obtain the Repeater’s current IP address.
A4: Reset the Repeater.
Q2: Why does the wireless transmission rate speed down,when the wireless signal is stronger after repeated by the Repeater?
A1: In compliance with the wireless transmission protocol, all the Repeater devices are set to work in half duplex instead of full duplex mode. In other words, the Repeater has to process one-way communication between your root Wireless router(or AP) and the terminal clients; so the transmission time will be double increased, while the speed will be decreased.Recommends that you connect to the extender when your home network connection is poor, or when you want a larger wireless coverage to eliminate “dead zones”.
Q3: Why the devices connected to the Repeater cannot get an IP address from the Repeater and cannot access the Internet?
A1: Maybe you enabled a wireless MAC filter, wireless access control, or access control list(ACL) on your router. To solve this problem, please log into your router and disable theMAC filter, wireless access control or ACL.
A2: Maybe the Repeater has not been successfully connected to your router, please reset the Repeater and Reconfiguration.
A3:Maybe the IP address of the router is occupied or the wireless device connected by the router has reached the limit. please reboot your router, then reset the Repeater and Reconfiguration.
Note: If you need to connect the network cable, please connect the network cable after the configuration is completed.

Don’t Rename The Wifi Extender — Setup Tip Inside!
Saved my old system! I’m using an older computer that can’t upgrade to Windows 11, and after my internet company did a major upgrade to their systems, my external USB WiFi antenna stopped working. This repeater was the perfect workaround.I connected the repeater to my computer via Ethernet and its configured to pull 2.4GHz directly from my router. It acts like a bridge, making my system think it’s wired — and it works flawlessly.Setup Tip: During setup, I made the mistake of changing the extender’s name before clicking “Apply.” That broke the connection and made the repeater invisible. If you’re setting this up, don’t rename the network extender name—resetting and starting fresh fixed everything for me. If you did this like I did, there is a reset button on the device. Just stick a paper clip or similar object in there and hold for 10 seconds until the top blinks rapidly, then let it go and start over, setting this up again to look for the Wi-Fi signal, etc. The wifi signal has the word ‘repeater’ in it; that is the default name. Hope this helps.Bottom line: If you’ve got legacy hardware or need a creative way to stay connected, this repeater is a lifesaver. Strong signal, easy setup (once you know the trick), and perfect for older systems that struggle with modern WiFi changes.

Satisfied with wifi extender signal booster
From the moment I set up the WiFi extender in my home office, I noticed a significant improvement in my internet connection. It was such a relief not to deal with constant buffering during video calls or slow loading times when sending large files. Even my online gaming sessions were smoother! Recently, I was multitasking – responding to emails while enjoying a quick lunch. Though my hands were a bit greasy from the sandwich, adjusting the extender was easy with just a gentle touch. Definitely a handy device for seamless connectivity!

The 2025 WiFi Extender Does NOT work as advertised
I spent over 24 hours just trying to set up this device and gave it a fair trial for about three full days. Unfortunately, this product completely fails to deliver on its promises.First, the instructions and videos provided for setup are completely incorrect. I had to search for guides for entirely different extenders to even get close to setting this one up.Second, there is no option to configure a different password from the main router; the only thing you can change is the network name. This is an unnecessary limitation and a potential security risk.Third, the device drastically reduces the strength of the WiFi signal. In the same spot where my main router provides a strong 400 Mbps signal, this extender drops it to a mere 55 Mbps—a reduction of almost 7 times.Fourth, the signal from the extender is not stable over time. Every 12 hours or so, I have to unplug and restart the device just to get back up to 55 Mbps.It is unacceptable that Amazon allows ineffective products like this to be sold on its platform. Amazon should take greater responsibility to properly test and vet these devices before making customers waste their valuable time and money on returns and frustration. This product should never have been allowed on the marketplace in the first place.

Easy setup and range is ok. not nearly 5,000 square feet like the description said but for the price is worth it if you want to connect short distance. I have one in the basement and one upstairs in my daughter’s room. they do the job .

An overall great purchase! I bought this as I moved my home office to the basement of the house. The extender was able to pick up the signal and provide a steady, fast, and reliable connection. It is easy to use, simple to install without any issues. Definitely recommend it.
