Falsely Advertised
I purchased this Laptop PC because it was advertised as having a “Lifetime License for Microsoft Office”.After receiving the PC, I found that it didn’t have a “Lifetime License”!!! I am returning the PC.4/23/2024 You have received the returned PC and my refund is pending at my bank. However, this laptop is still being advertised with a “Lifetime Microsoft Office license”. Another customer is likely to have my Negative experience.

Is great laptop for what it is. Like the screen And the lifetime subscription to office. Had to buy S d card adaptor. Still A great product with a small inconvenience.

Very Disappointing
There is no NUM lock light indicator letting you know if the NUM lock is on or off. As an accountant this is a game changer; my husband picked out this computer (not that I would have known either) . I would NOT have purchased this computer had I known. As far as using the computer, it is fairly easy to navigate.

It worked fine at first but after one month of periodic use it locks up or the screen goes blank. Have not heard back from shipper.
